FormFlows.ai provides a conversational form-building platform that allows users to create AI-powered chat experiences and embed them on websites. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our 30-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain full ownership of the data, forms, content, and submissions you create with the Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely as necessary to operate the Service on your behalf.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormFlows.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
